Award Interpretation
We are able to provide our clients with an Award interpretation service for both Federal and State Awards in order to provide our clients with a clear understanding of their employee’s entitlement. Areas where assistance is usually required is determining which Award applies to a business, the differences between categories of employees and what employees should be paid for ordinary hours, overtime and weekend work. In addition to the Award interpretation service we are also able to assist our clients with advice as well as understanding businesses’ responsibilities in relation to the National Employment Standards. These Standards form the minimum terms and conditions of all Federal system employees.
