Mediation Services

Mediation processes are primarily facilitative processes. The mediator provides assistance in managing a process which supports the participants to make decisions about future actions and outcomes. In effect a mediator is a process expert there to assist the parties to resolve the issue at hand. We have a large amount of experience and have achieved positive results in providing mediation services to our clients.
