Retainer Services

Many businesses are using our services by way of a Retainer. Clients are able to enter into a Retainer with John Lamb Workplace Relations Consulting on the grounds that best suit the client’s needs. Retainers can range from a set annual fee that will provide the client with “top

of the head” advice via email or telephone through to a set number of on-call service hours at an agreed rate for a specific time. Businesses see this as an alternative to employing HRM staff. This service provides our clients with a “sounding board” as well as peace of mind due to the ability to receive quick accurate advice.

Retainers are available by negotiation.
